Getting There
Most travelers fly to Sorong (Domine Eduard Osok). From there a boat or ferry continues into the islands. Our trips typically depart from Tanjung Seget.
When to Go
The calmer season is generally October to April. May to September can still be beautiful, with lusher hills and more variable seas — we adjust routes to lee-side anchorages.
Diving and Snorkeling
Raja Ampat sits at the epicenter of marine biodiversity. Shallow reefs make it welcoming for snorkelers as well as divers.
Must-Visit Destinations
- Misool — limestone, caves, and protected reefs.
- Wayag — the postcard karsts.
- Piaynemo — the viewpoint climb.
